Miko and Barek are the best tour guide and driver ever! We had quite a few requests and every single time they tried their best to accommodate. Their service was excellent - very detailed, caring, yet genuine. They made the whole tour fantastic. We even visited their village and we really appreciated this unusual experience. I would like to foremost thank you for arranging such a wonderful trip for me and my partner. We enjoyed it very much indeed. Accommodations and the Suzuki APV was great. It would have been nice if a jeep was used for the trip up to Ijen as the APV was very bumpy.
Ketapang Indah Hotel was indeed beautiful but we couldn't enjoy it as we arrived very late (10 hours road ride) due to the jam we encountered. It was very tiring indeed on our first day. Margo Utomo was nice as well. We enjoyed our free 'n' easy stay there. Yoshi Bromo was okay as we felt the room was a bit dark but the courtyard and the staff are nice.
Ijen and Bromo was marvelous. If we had arrived early to Ketapang Indah Hotel, we would have requested to wake up earlier so the sun will just be nice when we reached the crater (ideally around 7 am). Since we were too tired anyway, we are still glad to have reached at 8.30 am. We just wished we could have enjoyed Ketapang Indah Hotel more though.
Wisnu and the driver were marvelous. They accommodated to our needs very much. The meals we had were tasty and Wisnu was very nice to always check with us if we needed anything along the way. He gave us numerous tips and showed me spots where I took great photos of Bromo. We are so appreciative of having him as our guide.

Hello Prayitno, Apologies for only replying now, I had a busy week and went to South Africa for a wedding and only returned to Dubai today.
The trip was absolutely amazing, we really enjoyed it, especially Mount Ijen! The car was very comfortable
and both the tour guide, Gilang and the driver were very friendly! He has got some great driving skills maneuvering through the traffic and all the scooters!!
A few suggestions I would make would be the following:
Providing guests with a detailed Itinerary about wake up times and whether or not the suitcases should be packed if not returning to the accommodations.
A flashlight would come in really handy for the trip to the observation area for sunrise over Bromo as there are steps and I tripped over a few of them and could be really dangerous.
I would also give guest a average temperature indication of Mount Bromo and Ijen so that they could pack accordingly. For the rest everything was really organized.
Gilang went out of his way for me, as I didn't really eat the food in Indonesia and took me to KFC, thank you for that and also made sure we were on the train safely!
And thank you to you for providing an alternative route/tour to start at Ijen first and then Bromo so that we could be on time for our train departure. The tour was really worth it!
